As a Client Credit Associate (CCA) at Fidelity Bank, you will be responsible for soliciting new loan customers, preparing and submitting loan applications, and ensuring the disbursement of approved loans. • Solicitation and Sales to New Loan Customers: Actively seek and engage new clients.
• Conduct meetings with new and prospective clients regarding loan applications and other credit matters.
• Prepare applications for loans, overdrafts, and credit cards.
• Manage the renewal process for existing credit facilities.
• Restructure past-due loans with salary deduction reinstatement and active charge-off loans.
• Prepare and submit assigned reports.
• Participate in campaigns to promote loan products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to identify and engage potential loan customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and preparing credit applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills for client interactions and report preparation.
